At Paliopyrgos, every visit is arranged personally: from a stay in the stone farmhouse opposite the historic tower and a fifteen-course private dinner for one party each evening, to a guided walk through the olive grove, vineyard and chicken coop, a special anniversary, or a combination of experiences shaped around your own pace. With dinner, choose the estate’s house wine from the current vintage—white, rosé or red—at €80 per 500 ml. The old collectible bottles in the family archive are not available or offered to guests; they are sold only occasionally at auction. If you wish, you may ask to join our collectors’ list so we can contact you personally about the next auction. Tell us your possible dates, the size of your party, any dietary or other needs, and whatever would make this visit truly your own. An enquiry is not an automatic reservation; it is the beginning of a considered conversation.
