Each evening, Paliopyrgos welcomes strictly one party and one party only. No second table. No other booking. Just the people you chose and an evening devoted entirely to you.
There is no need to take it all in at once. Let each image, word and pause lead you a little deeper into this place.
01 / One party
Privacy does not begin at the table. It becomes the entire setting.
There are no neighbouring conversations, unfamiliar glances or rush for the next reservation. The kitchen, hospitality and rhythm of the evening are devoted entirely to your party.
A room breathes differently when it belongs to people who know one another. Silences become comfortable; conversations can last as long as they need.
02 / Fifteen courses
A menu that does not list dishes. It tells the story of a place.
The fifteen-course tasting menu interprets Greek cuisine through the produce of the land, family memory and a precise contemporary eye.
Every course has a reason to be there. Nothing is made for display; each one guides the evening from its first curiosity to its final memory.
You are not simply reserving a table. You are keeping a night that you will share with no one else.

03 / Land and fire
Technique serves substance, not spectacle.
Fruit, herbs, olive oil and the gifts of each season meet fire and the precision of the kitchen. The result never strays from its origins; it brings them into clearer focus.
Flavour begins before the plate: in the olive grove, vineyard, chicken coop and along the paths of the farm.
04 / Your evening
An evening that never happens quite the same way twice.
The experience is €250 per person for a minimum party of four. With dinner, choose the estate’s house wine from the current vintage—white, rosé or red—at €80 per 500 ml.
Historic collectible bottles from the archive are not available or offered at dinner. They are sold only at occasional auctions. If you would like to join our collectors’ list, let us know and we will contact you when the next one is announced.
