01 / The archive
Vintages that survived to tell their story.
Paliopyrgos keeps bottles from different decades: 1946, 1967, 1972, 1986, 1989, 1997, 2008 and 2013. These are not just years on a list, but small, sealed chapters in a family journey.
Each has travelled through moves, change and generations. They remain sealed and protected: unavailable for drinking, tasting or sale outside the occasional auctions announced from time to time.
02 / Panoraia
A bottle older than most of our memories.
Panoraia’s name marks a singular page in the story. The 1946 bottle remains a symbol of patience and continuity.
It is neither available nor offered at the table. It reminds us that time, carefully tended, can become evidence, narrative and family memory.
The archive does not open at the table. Rarely, it opens at auction.

Some bottles wait years for one moment.
Historic collectible bottles are sold exclusively through auctions held from time to time. Until then, they remain in the archive: unavailable, unopened and never offered to visitors.

With dinner, choose the estate’s house wine from the current vintage—white, rosé or red—at €80 per 500 ml.
Our house wine is the estate’s living expression today. The collectible archive remains separate, sealed and available only through its dedicated auctions.
