The tour is not a lecture. It is an unhurried introduction to this place, its seasons and the care it asks of us.
02 / The chicken coop
Farm life is not staged for your visit. It carries on in front of you.
At the chicken coop, meet the closest rhythm of everyday life. Fresh eggs, familiar sounds and simple routines make plain something we often forget: every food has a beginning.
This is no performance. It is a genuine pause in a place that is at work before you arrive and carries on after you leave.
When you have seen where something begins, you taste it as if you already know it.

03 / The vineyard
A vintage begins long before it is sealed inside a bottle.
In the vineyard, time becomes visible. Each season writes itself differently across the vines, and every vintage carries its own conditions.
Here, the story of wine meets its raw material. With dinner, choose the estate’s house wine from the current vintage—white, rosé or red—at €80 per 500 ml. Historic collectible bottles from the family archive are not available or served; they are sold only at occasional auctions.
04 / The connection
From fruit to memory.
A closer encounter with the land brings every flavour into focus. Olive oil, eggs, grapes and seasonal fruit cease to be mere ingredients. They acquire a place and a history.
The route and its length depend on the season and are agreed in advance, keeping the experience personal.
