Produce of the land
What the land gives, in its own time.
Discover the storyTHE STORY BEGINS HERE
Paliopyrgos has no need to invent flavours. It lets each season tell its own story—sometimes through a piece of fruit, sometimes through an egg still warm from the coop.
There is no need to take it all in at once. Let each image, word and pause lead you a little deeper into this place.
01 / The olive grove
Trees that measure time differently.
Olive trees shape the farm’s space and rhythm. Light passes through their leaves, the fruit ripens without hurry and harvest comes when the season decides.
Here, the olive tree is no decorative backdrop. It is part of everyday life, the kitchen and our relationship with the land.
02 / The vineyard and its fruit
Each season leaves a different mark on the table.
Grapes and fruit arrive in their own time. There is no fixed list that ignores weather or harvest—only changing availability and flavours that may not return.
What you taste today may not be here on your next visit. That is precisely its beauty.
The land does not promise everything. It promises that what it gives will be real.

03 / The chicken coop
The simplest luxury is only a few steps away.
Fresh eggs come from the farm’s chicken coop. The distance from source to table is small; the difference is not.
When you know where something begins, you taste it differently—with greater attention and gratitude.
04 / The season
We do not cultivate an impression. We cultivate a relationship.
The estate’s small harvests follow what the land can offer. They are not presented as a mass-market catalogue and promise no artificial abundance.
For current products and harvests, please enquire personally. The relationship with everything that travels from the estate to the table remains personal, too.
